Compensation and Benefits Specialist


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Your expertise will contribute to our employees' satisfaction and engagement, helping us maintain our competitive edge in the market.


Responsibilities:


· Collaborate with HR leadership to design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.


· Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages are competitive and reflective of industry trends.


· Manage the end-to-end compensation process, including job evaluation, salary structuring, and annual performance-based increases.


· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.


· Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all compensation and benefits practices.


· Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management review, providing insights to support decision-making.


· Assist in developing communication materials to effectively educate employees about compensation and benefits offerings.


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance and Legal, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits information.


· Provide expert guidance to HR team members and managers on compensation-related matters.


· Manage relationships with external vendors, such as benefits providers, to optimize service delivery.


Qualifications:


· Bachelors in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


· 3 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.


· Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.


· Proficiency in using compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems to gather and analyze relevant data.


· Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.


· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.


· Exceptional communication skills to convey compensation and benefits information clearly to employees and stakeholders.


· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.


· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


· Collaborative team player who can also work independently to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


Details: M-Fr, 8-5pm; Pay: $26hr-$30hr; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 PER HOUR

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
