Missouri CityLHH is seeking a SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT for a contract-to-hire position in Missouri City, TX.
DUTIES:
HEAVY FOCUS ON BILLING
Disputes resolutions
Data entry in customer portal
Invoice entry
Heavy order entry processing
Heavy vendor communication via phone & email
Provide support for inside sales team on day-to-day needs
Establish and maintain customer relationships with a wide variety of clients including many Fortune 500 companies.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, instant message, and web-based solutions throughout the entire order to remittance process.
Translate the voice of the customer to assist in continually improving customer service levels that exceed customer requirements and expectations.
Act as an extension of the branch sales force to support key program initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
Secure market-level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price quotations and/or proposals.
Proactively execute customer-specific billing processes to ensure timely receipt of payment.
Proactively manage customer open order data to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma
· Customer-oriented and motivated
Proven problem solver with strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
SKILLS:
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
Solid verbal and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2-3 years of Administrative, Customer Service, or Sales experience
Experience in the oil & gas industry REQUIRED
Customer service experience in a distribution environment a plus
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract-to-hire
COMPENSATION: $19-20/hr DOE
WORK HOURS: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM (100% onsite - 77489)
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 PER HOUR
