LHH Solutions is a leading HR Solutions firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and currently seeking to hire a temp to hire Office Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in many parts of the accounting.


Responsibilities:



  • Process vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of data.


  • Review expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.


  • Creating estimates and answering questions as needed.


  • Invoicing.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and resolve any payment discrepancies.


  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any issues with vendors.


  • Journal entries.


  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and accruals.


  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice and payment-related inquiries.


  • Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices.


  • Assisting customers.


  • Other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.


  • Accounting degree preferred


  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 PER HOUR
