Are you a bright, articulate, detail-oriented individual looking with a demonstrated history of success providing administrative support to a team? Ajilon is currently seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience to provide high level support to managers and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of an office in Melville, NY. This position will be on a temporary to permanent basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Answers and transfers phone calls
  • Receive, sort arriving the mail
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointment when needed
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company tradeshows, conferences and industry events
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist with the management of vendors, negotiate appropriately, and track expenditures to budget
  • Maintain information for key vendors such as contacts, description, active deals, agreements, product information, events, quotes, and RFP

  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
