HR Coordinator


Ajilon is currently seeking an HR Coordinator with 3 years experience in human resources field. This is a great contract role within an diagnostics company, located in Medford, New York that offers a competitive salary and is expected to last until May.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete pre-hire employment checks, new hire onboarding process, orientation, paperwork, creating HR file
  • Calendar Management for training program, conducts internal audits on monthly basis
  • Assist in employee inquires, benefits, payroll, and policies
  • Assist with invoice spreadsheets, incoming mail, data entry for invoices
  • Front office work, answering phones, assist receptionist

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development
  • Human Resources experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential desirable.

  • Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in human resources field

  • Worksite: Onsite


    Employment Type: Contract Ongoing


    Compensations: $20-28/hr
