Ajilon is seeking an experienced, detail oriented Executive Assistant for our client based out of the New York City area. As an Executive Assistant you will be working closely with a Senior Level Executive team and other investment professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule, manage and plan all executive board meetings
  • Business and personal financial planning
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements including location selection, coordinating flights, hotels and ground transportation
  • Collaborate with high level internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic planning and scheduling for business and personal needs

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 8 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Self – starter, proactive and ability to take initiative
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Willingness to pivot while staying professional in fast past paced, professional environment
