LHH is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager near downtown Los Angeles.

Pay ranges from $60,000-$100,000/year.


The Compensation and Benefits Manager supports the Director of Human Resources by providing expertise in compensation, leave, and benefits. They lead compensation and benefits reviews, ensure alignment with compensation practices, and provide guidance on HRIS data administration, compliance, and budgeting.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total reward strategy across markets in alignment with business goals
  • Research and assess incentive compensation plans of comparable organizations for enhancement recommendations
  • Manage the annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycle
  • Collaborate on budget cycles to achieve annual goals
  • Coordinate rewards program implementation with the recruiting team
  • Administer and communicate benefit programs, including open enrollments and qualifying events
  • Analyze employee information for effective compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct external and internal pay studies, recommend pay structures
  • Manage vendor relationships for robust benefits communication and programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new benefit offerings
  • Administer retirement plans and produce reports
  • Oversee HRIS configuration and maintenance for compensation and benefits management

  • Qualifications:

  • SHRM, PHR, or CCP certification
  • Deep expertise in compensation management and HRIS functionality
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leave laws and regulations
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 PER HOUR
