If you answered yes then you could be an excellent fit for a TEMPORARY Recruiter job in Long Beach, CA. Ajilon is partnering with their client to fill a 6+ month contract $25-30/HOURLY!!! You will oversee and be in charge of full cycle recruiting for a fast-growing company while partnering with the Human Resource department to successfully fill a magnitude of positions. 100% onsite in Long Beach and perfect timing for the holidays!!! ! Recruiter Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifies, develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates including the use of job boards, news publications, Employment Development Department, and transit websites using materials composed and tailored to the nature of each position
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants using structured, position-specific questions created for the interview and customized in conjunction with management to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
  • Screens, and pre-screens as permitted, and refers candidates for additional interviews with hiring authorities or others within the organization; schedules all applicable and required applicant testing, participates in all interviews, including first, second, and final; makes and negotiates offers with candidates
  • Composes and places job advertising in various media; provides custom layouts based on media specific space constraints; selects media to maximize use of authorized budget level
  • Develops and coordinates internal job posting program, identification of posting locations and posting frequency; composes job postings for positions at all levels within the organization

    • You are the perfect for the opportunity if you have:

    • 5 years of technical or manufacturing recruiting experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner
