Hourly Rate: $20-24/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization currently in Hamilton, NJ that is looking to hire a temporary to possible permanent Administrative Support Associate. The company will be moving in October to Princeton, NJ, so the qualified candidate needs to be able to commute to both locations. The hours are 8:30AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
· Answering and screening incoming phone calls
· Sitting at the front desk, greeting guests, accepting mail and packages, and alerting employee’s of guest arrivals
· Maintain the front reception area as well as the conference room, file room and shredding services
· Open and distribute mail
· Prepare conference rooms for on site meetings and occasionally sit in on board meetings to take minutes
· Order lunches for on site meetings
· Draft and send out correspondence
· Work with the Executive Assistant closely and support them as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and Word
· Experience working for a non profit is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to take meeting minutes is required
· Strong organizational tasks
· Team player with a positive attitude, willing to help out where needed
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 PER HOURBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
