Senior Recruiter (REMOTE!)

Ajilon is partnering with a leading medical device company to fill their open Senior Recruiter (REMOTE!) job. This company is based in Lakewood, CO, but candidates from anywhere in the United States are encouraged to apply. To qualify, you must possess at least five years of recent, relevant experience as a full-cycle Recruiter. You will preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and you will preferably have experience recruiting engineers, especially mechanical engineers. You will earn between $45.00 and $50.00 per hour in this TEMPORARY job opportunity, depending on your level of previous experience. This role may result in a PERMANENT position within the company, depending on your performance. You will have the option of signing up for Ajilon’s benefits programs during this TEMPORARY assignment and you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package if you become a permanent employee.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs
• Posting open positions and reviewing résumés
• Interviewing candidates and assisting Hiring Managers with candidate selection
• Negotiating offers
• Assisting with onboarding new employees
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least five years of recent, relevant experience as a full-cycle Recruiter working a high volume of open requisitions
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field preferred but not required
• Previous experience in the medical device industry and recruiting engineers strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively in a team setting
