Deeding Supervisor


Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Deeding Supervisor for our Kissimmee, Florida area client. This position is a contract-to-hire position that is full-time and currently on a hybrid schedule. In this position you will serve as an expert on Deeding and Title Assurance while problem-solving and acting as a team lead in the department. Looking for someone that has experience and knowledge in title processing, property management or real estate. Need someone that has the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and possesses leadership qualities.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Deeding and Title Issuance. Acts as the go-to resource on the team for inquires. Detailed review of batches, verification and preparation of mortgages, deeds, satisfaction of mortgages and other related legal real estate documents for all timeshare properties in HICV network. Recordation of real estate documents in appropriate county while ensuring County and State recording requirements are adhered to.
  • Gathering resources, resolving operational problems, maintaining records, workflow and creating weekly reports from Simplifile for system upload. Delivers timely responses to County inquires and research requests sent to the team. Strongly adheres to deadlines.
  • Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching, help to enforce department policies and procedures. Communicates efficiently to management on team workload as well as on any backlogs to set realistic expectations of team performance and productivity. Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity. Assigning and organizing team schedules, delegating, and overseeing tasks. Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
  • Establish effective timelines for workflow processes and oversee completion of projects and tasks. Ensures all procedures are up to date. Recommending process improvements across the department and key on implementing new procedures when approved by management.
  • Training of team members on all appropriate processes. Maintains safe and productive work environment by establishing and enforcing department standards.

  • Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Title Processing, Property Management, Real Estate or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with Simplify software
  • Timeshare experience not required but a plus
  • Proficient Typing/WPM speed

  • Company Standard:

  • Full Time Schedule
  • 2 days in office 3 days remote
