Ajilon has teamed up with a client in the manufacturing industry to hire on a customer service representative on contract basis. Our Client is in the Portland Metro area and is looking for outgoing, friendly individuals, who have a passion for serving others. This role is 100% onsite and will pay between $16-18/hr depending on experience.

Compensation: $16-18/hr DOE


Location: Kansas City


Employment type: Contract-to-Hire


Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Document all customer calls and emails
  • Interact with sales team to help with additional needs
  • Accurately document customer orders

  • Qualifications:

  • 3 years customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Ability to communicate in both written and verbal facets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
