Ajilon is currently seeking a Remote Scheduler with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience for a full time contract position at a well-established hospital in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent long term remote contract opportunity that offers an opportunity to work with a great team!


Our client requires you to be onsite for training for 2 weeks.


If you are versed in Microsoft word, have a passion for helping others, and have customer service experience this could be the job for you!


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Appointments
  • Accept high volume inbound calls
  • Accurately collect and update patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Skills:

  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office
  • Data Entry

  • Experience:

  • 1+ years in scheduling or customer service

  • Employment Type:

  • Full time Contract / Temp to Hire

  • Pay: $16 / Hour


    Work Hours : Multiple Shifts Available - 40 Hours Weekly
