Will train on all systems



  • Act as liaison for assigned sales executives, internal teams, and with key accounts, ensuring strong communication.


  • Provide coverage and support for sales team members when they are out on vacation or required business travel.


  • Ensure proficiency in the use of internal systems in order to effectively support internal & client requests in a timely manner.


  • Communicate with assigned sales executives via email and phone to answer their needs such as project status, RMC and product type availability.


  • Contribute to the coordination of briefs for accounts of assigned sales executives by gathering all paperwork required to be sent with samples, closing out projects in Samtrak and filing paperwork.


  • Ensure that bases, targets and market products required for assigned sales executive briefs are requested and obtained on time. This includes logging them in the system and updating the projects.


  • Attend daily evaluation project assignment meetings and weekly project review meetings.


  • Ensure that all projects for assigned sales executives are running efficiently and communicate any issues with the sales executive.


  • Support evaluation with candle set up, triangle tests and panels for assigned sales executive accounts, as needed.


  • Assist assigned sales executives with maintaining Salesforce, as needed.


  • Schedule and prepare visitor agendas and arrange client meetings, as needed.

Pay Details: $23.00 PER WEEK
