Parker & Lynch is hiring for a growing Grand Rapids company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.


Responsibilities

  • Assist and prepare consolidated financial management reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting deliverables
  • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Gather, record and validate key financial metrics
  • Evaluate business process changes to improve reporting quality and efficiency

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with BI tools or MBA are a plus
