LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of a Senior Human Resources Manager to assume a pivotal role in our clients organization, offering adept tactical and strategic HR guidance on a global scale. The chosen individual will be entrusted with overseeing and harmonizing all facets of human resources operations, encompassing the establishment of local HR proficiency, talent cultivation, system implementations, regulatory adherence, recruitment, as well as training and development protocols. While centered in Delaware, this position requires some travel to manufacturing facilities. Reporting directly to the President, this role occupies an indispensable position within the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with business growth objectives.
Provide comprehensive HR support including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development, and training.
Collaborate with leadership to establish appropriate staffing levels and enhance talent recruitment and retention.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies and practices.
Drive Talent Management initiatives encompassing performance management, coaching, employee development, succession planning, and change management.
Foster workforce engagement, recognition, and motivation to meet current and future business needs.
Lead annual benefits enrollment and communication processes while ensuring the accuracy of benefits databases.
Conduct wage surveys to determine competitive pay practices within relevant labor markets.
Oversee efficient Payroll Processing for new hires and personnel changes.
Utilize Workday and ADP to analyze and report key metrics.
Participate in company-wide HR initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with Operations Leaders to enhance employee health and safety programs.
Drive employee engagement across different levels and sites, leveraging best practices.
Cultivate an internal HR culture that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
Establish credibility as a solution-driven HR leader throughout the global organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
8+ years' leadership experience in human resources within a manufacturing or industrial company or equivalent.
Professional HR certification and/or advanced degree preferred.
Familiarity with Workday and ADP.
Proven track record in HR business partnership, organization development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training.
Strong business acumen and compliance understanding.
Tactful handling of sensitive situations while maintaining trust and credibility.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Analytical skills for accurate data analysis and reporting.
Proficient coaching, counseling, and facilitation abilities.
Drive for results and adaptability to change.
Effective relationship-building and communication skills.
Leadership in managing organizational change.
Bilingual is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
