Do you have experience working in a customer support role? Are you bilingual in Spanish? If so, this may be the role for you! LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking to fill a Customer Support Specialist position that will be hybrid after the training period in the Garden City, NY office.


Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming calls from clients


  • Assist callers in a professional, respectful, and efficient way


  • Process emails as necessary


  • Communicate to the caller, their status of a claim


  • Assist callers to the best of your ability unless a transfer to a manager is necessary


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or insurance related field


  • Heavy customer service experience


  • Ability to empathize with callers


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!


Hours: Monday-Friday; 9-5PM

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 PER WEEK
