Garden CityDo you have experience working in a customer support role? Are you bilingual in Spanish? If so, this may be the role for you! LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking to fill a Customer Support Specialist position that will be hybrid after the training period in the Garden City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients
Assist callers in a professional, respectful, and efficient way
Process emails as necessary
Communicate to the caller, their status of a claim
Assist callers to the best of your ability unless a transfer to a manager is necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or insurance related field
Heavy customer service experience
Ability to empathize with callers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Hours: Monday-Friday; 9-5PM
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 PER WEEKBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
