Accounting Principals has partnered with a manufacturing client in Elizabethtown, KY to identify a Payroll Specialist for their team. Job Duties:

  • Data Entry of all new hire paperwork and related forms
  • eVerification and I-9 review
  • Process employee garnishments
  • Assist Insurance and Benefits Director with Open Enrollment
  • Responsible for benefit billing reconciliations
  • Generate weekly payroll processing for hourly employees and handle payroll corrections for hourly employees
  • Enter payroll deductions such as termination recoups, uniform deductions.
  • Dept of Labor hours reporting; New Hire Reporting
  • Complete Employment Verifications

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong to midlevel Excel skill
  • Analytical mindset, ability to think critically and know when to ask questions
  • Organization and communication skills
  • Prioritize responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Additional details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Pay:$18/hr
  • In office, 8am-5pm M-F
