Duration: Contract-to-Hire


Hourly Rate: $30 - $32 per hour


LHH is partnering with a leading company in the logistics industry, specializing in supply chain management. As our client continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Duluth, GA.


Job Description: As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, improving supply chain processes, and enhancing overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights that will support decision-making processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct regular performance and cost analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Generate reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in supply chain improvement projects, process mapping, and implementation of best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and demand patterns to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management is highly desirable.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 PER HOUR
