LHH Recruitment Solutions is anticipating a vareity of law firm and in house direct hire Commercial Litigation Paralegal openings and wants to hear from you in the event that you are looking to see what opportunities might be in the market.

Qualifications:

3+ years of litigation experience preferred

Proactive, flexible, with excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and legal case management software

Bachelors Degree and or an A.B.A. approved Paralegal Certificate.

Duties:

Managing litigation matters from start to finish

Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents including notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.

Handling discovery and document production

Summarizing depositions, ordering medical records and summarizing medical records.

Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and case management

Conducting legal research as assigned

Other tasks as assigned
