Staff Accountant

Parker & Lynch is looking to fill a Staff Accountant job in Dallas, TX. This position is with an international company. The position will be responsible for performing various duties to support the month and year-end close process for the company’s operations.

The Staff Accountant job duties include:

-Enter recurring journal entries monthly

• Review and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• Reconcile daily credit card receipts from all locations

-Assist with inventory and cost of sales analysis

• Assist with opening new locations
• Special Projects as assigned by the Assistant Controller

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in Accounting required

• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate or advanced level of Excel skills
• Must have 1-3 years of experience
