LHH is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for commercial real estate agency at contract to hire in Dallas, TX.



Title: Recruiting Coordinator


Duration: Contract to Hire


Pay: $25-31/hr DOE


Schedule: M - F, 8 am - 5 pm


Address: 100% ONSITE - Dallas, TX 75244



  • 2 - 6 years of recruiting experience
  • Prefers campus/college recruiting experience


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for recruitment for roles including Operations, RLMC, Administrative Teammates, and New to Business Sales Agents.
  • Consults with Division Leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
  • Evaluates and selects the best 3rd party hiring sites for use (e.g. Indeed) and software platforms, to utilize for identifying candidates (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Consults selected hiring sites and software platforms to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
  • Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
  • Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
  • Describes and provides insight on the interview and hiring process for all personnel and candidates involved.
  • Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
  • Arranges meeting times and dates for applicants and division leaders.
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to Team morale.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Demonstrated telephone skills and etiquette
  • Demonstrated people skills through conveying positivity and enthusiasm
  • Interpersonal Savvy
  • Ability to routinely problem solve.
  • Ability to routinely multi-task.


Educational Background


  • Bachelor’s degree required, focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of human resources or related experience required.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 PER HOUR
