Our client Alpine is looking for a Sales Project Coordinator to ensure all projects are on to meet a company's milestones.


Location: City of Industry, CA


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and direct e-commerce projects to meet deadlines
  • Tasks include:
  • Price new items
  • Project digital content (photos, videos, and content) is ready
  • Promotional items for Spring and Holiday seasons are selected before the season begins
  • Make sure all items are live on all company's sites
  • Track Alpine is participating in all customer campaigns/events
  • Coordinate all Brick & Mortar tasks to make sure tasks are completed on time
  • Price new items
  • Project digital content (photos, videos, and content) is ready
  • Ensures catalogs are printed on time (spring and holiday)
  • Manage all Tradeshow timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Buying, and Sales Admin to develop projects and meet deadlines
  • Delegate tasks as needs and follow with various departments
  • Serve as point of contact within the organization to make sure the team is working in harmony
  • Ensure work progress is conforming to the specifications and timelines
  • Create short and long-term plans to set project milestones
  • Communicate with executives to keep projects on track
  • Be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Join in company brainstorming sessions to identify strategic and creative opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous successful experience in sales and understanding sales
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence
  • Coordinate the sales process from plan to close
  • Required Skills:
  • MS Office Proficiency, PPT, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excel VLOOKUP and pivot tables are a plus
  • Excel skills are very important in this role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
