Description:


Ajilon has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to assist a financing organization with intaking a high volume of phone calls regarding payments on their loans. The ideal candidate must be eager to work in a competitive and fast paced environment.


Responsibilities:


-Manage 100+ inbound/outbound daily calls to assist customers make payments on loans they took out.


-Reminding customers that monthly payments are coming up, credit cards are expiring, etc.


-Promoting special offers on unique financing options when relevant


Qualifications:


-Must be fluent in Spanish (read, write, and speak).


-Must have 1 to 3 years of experience working in fast paced call center (inbound & outbound).


-Must have strong written and communication skills.


-High School diploma.


Experience:


-Mininum 1 year


Employment Type:


-Contract to hire, 90-day period.


Environment:


-Business casual, socially distanced.


Compensation & Benefits:


-$17 to $20, depending on experience.


-Benefits (When Perm): M/D/V, 401k, PTO, Commission Opportunities (When Permanent)
