Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Coordinator for a contract position in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources team by effectively managing HR projects, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding HR services and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate HR projects, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, and HR process improvements. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


  • Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all HR interactions and communications with employees, candidates, and stakeholders. Serve as a role model for professional behavior and ethics.


  • HR Operations: Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including data management, record-keeping, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.


  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the HR team and with other departments. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.


  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting with candidate communication. Ensure a positive candidate experience.


  • Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all employee-related matters.


  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR department and work with the team to implement solutions.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in HR coordination, project management, or a related role.


  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.


  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.


Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $26-$28/hr


Work hours: 8:00 am-5:00pm, though flexible

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 PER HOUR
