LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client in South Charlotte on a direct hire basis. This company offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive base pay and a generous bonus plan!

Responsibilities:

· Reconciling AR accounts and invoices

· Researching discrepancies and resolving

· Bank reconciliations

· Managing complex accounts and collecting on past-due invoices

· Cash posting and deductions

· Month-end duties

Qualifications:

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree required

· At least 3 years of direct experience with AR duties

· Self-starter and analytical mindset

· Large ERP system experience preferred

· Excel skills required (pivot tables)

Compensation:

· The anticipated pay range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 depending on experience. This position comes with paid time off, 401k, a bonus program and full benefit package.

Work site:

· Hybrid; 2 days a week on-site
