Ajilon is seeking an HR Assistant for an entry level contract to hire role with a global company in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 1+ year of HR work or internship experience and is eager to learn!


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new employee orientation
  • Assist with multi-state, biweekly payroll processing
  • Assist in recruiting efforts across departments
  • Create job descriptions and job postings
  • Assist with employee benefits administration
  • Process new hires and terminations

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Some HR internship or work experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented
