Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Location: Bellevue, Washington

Hourly Rate: $35 - $39 per hour

Job Type: On-site / Temp to hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR and vendors to ensure accurate benefits data and compliance.
• Participate in benefits analysis, data collection, and reporting.
• Assist in benefits enrollment and communication efforts.
• Stay current with benefits trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
