Ajilon is in search of an entry level Receptionist in Austin, TX. You will be the first point of contact for the company, managing the front desk daily. This is a great contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor conference room calendars and assist in maintaining conference room cleanliness
  • Performs clerical tasks including data entry and management, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Maintains a presentable office for clients
  • Greet and assist clients
  • Phone and email gatekeeping
  • Performs other administrative duties as required

  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented mindset
