Ajilon is actively seeking an Office Coordinator with previous experience for a downtown office in Austin TX. This is an indefinite contract role which requires the candidate to work partially onsite, and partially remote. The ideal candidate would have positive energy and work well in a busy, growing environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the entire office


  • Greeting visitors, maintaining visitor logs, & issuing visitor passes as required


  • Following standard procedures & written directions to accomplish assigned tasks


  • Receiving incoming calls, taking/relaying messages


  • Managing high-volume telephone traffic


  • Learning various departmental processes & procedures including expense processing, document prep, & retention


  • Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience


  • Positive energy


  • Familiar with office equipment (copier, fax, shipping, receiving tools)


  • Customer service instincts


  • Confidentiality


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


  • Ability to multi-task & adapt quickly in fast-paced environment


  • Maintains a professional demeanor
