Facilities Coordinator


Ajilon is looking for a Facilities Coordinator for a downtown office in Austin Texas. This is for an indefinite contract role that will be half client site & half work from home. This will be an active role with 50% desk work & 50% reception duties.


Responsibilities:


  • General reception duties


  • Ensuring facilities upkeep


  • Corresponding with building maintenance & vendors for repairs & other requests


  • Receiving & logging messenger/courier deliveries & notifying mail room/appropriate team members


  • Ordering & maintaining office inventory of office equipment & supplies (printers, ink, toner, paper, coffee)


  • Ensuring office equipment & supplies are properly ordered, stocked, maintained, & replaced as necessary


  • Providing backup support for other team responsibilities, including workspace arrangements & reception desk coverage


  • Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


  • Works well in a team setting


  • Familiar with office equipment (copier, fax, shipping, receiving tools)


  • Maintains a professional demeanor


  • Ability to multi-task


  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
