Ajilon is currently seeking an administrative assistant with 1-2 years of experience for a role in Austin TX. This is an onsite temporary role, with the potential to go permanent. The ideal candidate would be professional, willing to learn, & able to thrive in a fast growing industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the office & keep it running smoothly


  • Calendar management


  • Providing employee support


  • Planning & organizing office events


  • Able to build PowerPoint decks for executive meetings


  • Collecting weekly/bi-weekly inventory of office supplies


  • Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of admin experience


  • Strong attention to detail


  • Excellent written & verbal communication


  • Experience with PowerPoint


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


  • Ability to multitask
