Parker + Lynch (Atlanta) is working with a Global Company on a search for a Division Controller. This position will oversee several direct reports, report to the Division President, and is responsible for the management of all financial aspects of the division.


Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly accounting close and preparation of financial statements for Division
  • Partner with Executives in preparing business plans, and putting together budgets and forecasts
  • Management of Accounts Receivable
  • Responsible for oversight over Division-level administrative processes including order entry, contract administration, credit and collections, inventory procurement, and fixed assets control
  • Hire, train, supervise, and develop multiple direct reports

    • Qualifications

  • Accounting Degree from Accredited University
  • 8+ years previous accounting experience
  • 3+ years previous management-level experience
  • Experience using large ERP/Software (preferably SAP)
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities
  • Advanced Excel user

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • EDUCATION: CPA and/or MBA
  • ERP/SOFTWARE: SAP
  • INDUSTRY: Manufacturing, Sales, and/or Services
  • Other: M&A

    • Compensation/Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (+$15,000 Bonus)
  • Benefits: 5 Weeks PTO, 11 Paid Holidays, 401K Match, Excellent Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage, Hybrid Work Flexibility
