Do you deliver the best-in-class website user experience? Paladin is seeking a remote contract-to-hire Website Manager to join a global nonprofit based in Alexandria, VA. Become a key driver of website engagement, UX design, and CRM integration for an organization advancing the common good for families worldwide.


You Will:

  • Lead full life-cycle web projects that include gathering assets, reports, site build-outs, and maintenance
  • Support internal and external stakeholders to develop impactful online experiences that improve traffic, content, information architecture, and social media integrations
  • Assess web performances, work processes, timelines, and systems

    • You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, UTMs, retargeting, remarketing, and web APIs is required
  • Working knowledge of web analytics applications like AWS web environments, tracking, and SEO best practices
  • Graphic design, project management, or familiarity with ExpressionEngine is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
