AlbuquerqueLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Land Developer for a new home builder in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on land development. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate professional to contribute to the growth and success of our client's organization. This role has a salary range of $80k-$105k annually plus performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design teams to create comprehensive project plans and budgets.
Oversee the acquisition, zoning, and permitting processes for land development projects.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
Implement quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing project updates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management and land development, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of construction and land development processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A strong commitment to safety and quality.
