LHH is partnering with a CPA firm to fill a contract-to-hire Administrative Assistant role in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will provide administrative support to CPAs and assist with office duties. The best candidate will have previous experience in an office administrative role and proficient with MS Office Suite. You should also be highly organized, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be looking for a long term role. Apply today!


Job Type: Contract-to-hire


Hours and Location: M-F, 8am-5pm, 40 hours a week; ONSITE in Albuquerque, NM


Responsibilities


  1. Scanning tax documents into a document management system


  2. Assisting CPA’s with tax return document organization


  3. Using practice management software to track projects and client information


  4. Interacting professionally with clients by phone and in-person


  5. Maintaining accurate filling


  6. Assisting with office management duties as needed


Qualifications


  1. High school diploma or equivalent required


  2. At least one year of administrative experience required, ideally in a professional office


  3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


  4. Quickbooks experience, a plus


  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills


  6. Detail and deadline-oriented


  7. A positive attitude and ability to multi-task


  8. Ability to handle sensitive data

Pay Details: $20.50 PER HOUR
