Badenoch and Clark are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of a North West based care provider. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the day to day delivery of a Residential Care Home ensuring a high quality support service is delivered to all clients in line with CQC.
The post holder would be required to;
*Manage an existing 8 bed care home
*Plan and deliver the launch of the new 28 bed facility
*Take accountability for branch compliance ensuring CQC regulations and
company policies are maintained
*Organise staffing of the services and managing and developing work patterns and rotas
*Guarantee compliance with Health and Safety legislation, codes of conduct and codes of practice relating to care services
*Conduct team meetings, one to one supervision, appraisal sessions and PDP's
*Help to lead, develop and support staff members and services to improve care delivery
*Must be able to provide flexible out of hours support to staff on a rotational basis
Required experience:
*Experience as a Registered Manager
*NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
*Experience of dementia care
*Experience of commissioning a new service would be a benefit
