Badenoch & Clark are currently for an Assistant Management Accountant role based near Hastings.

Responsibilities:

* Analysing and processing both managers and directors credit card expenses and ensuring costs are accrued where necessary

* Balance sheet reconciliations

* Monthly/Quarterly management accounts preparation

* Sales and General ledger entries including accruals

* Ensuring strict controls are followed regarding costs and their corresponding revenue

* Providing cover when necessary to our cash and banking team, this can consist of the following:

* Posting the daily bank statement

* Processing expense claim forms

* Reconciling petty cash

* Bank reconciliations
