The Position:-

• As a Paralegal you will support the team with administrative and legal tasks on a wide range of commercial property files, for example:-

* Drafting, correspondence, research, administration,

• The team acts on behalf of multi-national companies across the UK as well as routine property transactions for smaller businesses
• There may also be an element of business development involved and networking
• Initial 6 month Fixed Term position due to creation of new opportunity in this team
• As the team is very busy it is highly likely that this position will be extended or made permanent at the end of the initial term, therefore, those looking to get into this area of law on a permanent basis should definitely apply

The Ideal Candidate:-

• Will have 6 months' experience of working as a Paralegal within the area of Commercial Property, however, those with some but less experience of this, or those with experience in Residential Property should also apply
• Will be seeking a new opportunity with an exciting employer and will be an ambitious, forward thinking, dynamic individual
